*PTJK/PCLA Members are individuals who paid the PTJK/PCLA membership fee in 2024 and 2025.
The conference fee includes:
- conference pack,
- coffee and snack breaks,
- an evening Welcome Apéro on Sep 17th,
- Conference Dinner on Sep 18th,
- a guided tour of the Jagiellonian University Museum (founded in 1364), on Sep 19th,
- tram tickets.
The conference fee does not include lunches, which are easily available in multiple cafés and eateries near the conference venue (see Coffee and Lunch for the places we recommend)
